The Jack Purcell Recreation Association is a not-for-profit, incorporated organization that offers programs at the community centre in partnership with the Jack Purcell Community Centre (JPCC). Our mandate is to deliver recreational programs and leisure activities for adults, youth and children living in Centretown. We manage and deliver our programs as a separate organization, hire and train our own instructors and other staff, maintain separate online registration and bookkeeping services, and set our own annual budget, which is approved by a volunteer board of directors.
