Big Meadows is located in the Northwestern Illinois community of Savanna, an historical town on the banks of the Mississippi River. Nestled among rolling hills and beautiful trees, deer, birds and other wildlife can be easily observed. Residents are able to gaze out upon the flowering gardens in our scenic courtyard or enjoy the beautiful aviary in our lobby. Big Meadows is a private licensed intermediate care facility providing 24-hour nursing care along with dietary, laundry, housekeeping, maintenance, social services and recreational therapy programming.
