Halifax Veterinary Center is a thriving AAHA small animal practice located in Port Orange on the east coast of Florida. Port Orange is a growing city with many veterinary needs. HVC was established in 1990 by Dr. Kathleen Bartos, with our state-of-the-art facility opening in 2009.
