Aly Pain moves Entrepreneurs from average to awesome with her ‘tell-it-like-it-is” style. She brings her bold, authentic and skilled coaching to her keynotes and workshops, private coaching and groups, to fearlessly move them forward. Aly began her speaking career at the age of 7. She won the honour of being the emcee at my Elementary School Christmas Pageant because she could clearly project her voice in a gymnasium of 300 people without a microphone. Combining skill and compassion in her first job out of college with Dynamed as a Biomedical Electronics Technologist, Aly took a strong leadership role and created a "never been done" before training program for home patients to help them avoid hospital visits. After 15 years of training and facilitating groups, Aly then delved into one-on-one work through coaching with CTI (Coaches training Institute). She went on to become certified (one of the first 70 people in the world) in Organization Teams and Relationship Coaching. People seek Aly's coaching because she has become known for results in the areas of both business and personal. Today Aly works with award winning companies and successful entrepreneurs to help them focus their time and leverage their leadership. She and her family recently relocated back to her roots in British Columbia’s pristine Okanagan Valley. When they are not running to children’s activities they enjoy skiing and soaking up the summer sun at the beach.
