Crop Health and Protection (CHAP) is one of four UK Agri-Tech Centres of Innovation, funded by Innovate UK. It is an independent catalyst for change, driving the discovery, development, delivery and adoption of applied knowledge and Agri-Tech innovations to maximise their impact across the globe. We achieve this by bringing together scientists, farmers, advisors, and pioneers to transform innovation. CHAP and its partners have built state-of-the-art facilities in centres of excellence, to help drive sustainable farming systems which deliver economic, environmental, and societal benefits. This is backed by best-in-class project work, to support the industry in over-coming real-world problems.
