NAMI Monterey County is an affiliate of the largest grassroots nonprofit, mental health organization- the National Alliance on Mental Illness- designed to support families and individuals affected by mental illness. NAMI Monterey County offers hope and reduction of stigma associated with mental illness through education, advocacy, service access, and support for families and their loved ones living with a mental illness. To this end, the agency seeks to enhance the quality and fulfillment of their lives through wellness and recovery.
