McCrory Construction, LLC, founded in 1918 as the John C. Heslep Company, is headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina and serves an array of private and public sector clients throughout the southeastern region of the United States. Entering its fourth generation of private ownership in 2003, McCrory continued to grow its client base in the retail, commercial, healthcare, multi-family and industrial sectors. McCrory also added military and federal markets to its portfolio and is a certified Mentor in the SBA 8(a) Mentor/Protégé program that assists small disadvantaged firms in reaching their full business potential. McCrory delivers superior projects under contract formats that include: General Contractor, Design/Build, Construction Manager at Risk, Program Administration and Integrated Project Delivery (Partnering). McCrory is experienced in LEED and is BIM proficient.
