Villanova University's M&A Society is a co-curricular organization focused on providing students with a profound insight into the world of investment banking and the mergers and acquisitions process. Additional topics explored include private equity and venture capital. The society presents the opportunity to observe and learn through both actual financial scenarios and formal education. The society also provides a platform for regular meetings where members discuss industry trends and current M&A issues, as well as participate in panel discussions. A curated guest speaker series is also organized each semester to supplement the formal educational sessions.
