The Franconian Sausage Co is a SALSA accredited bespoke sausage manufacturer based in Kent. We use only the finest quality ingredients and UK locally sourced meat to produce the finest quality sausages and other value added meat products for the best hotels, restaurants and bistro bars in London and Kent. We won Gold at the BPEX sausage awards for the last three years running and came second in the annual World Black Pudding Championships in France. We are absolutely committed to making outstanding quality products using old fashion style recipes. We do not use rusk, filler, artificial colourings or flavourings. We use only the finest natural ingredients and combine them to make outstanding quality products that will delight your guests or family. We have our own curing and smoking facilities on site, making everything ourselves including some of the ingredients. We import our spices directly from the continent to ensure that we have the freshest paprika for our Chorizo, the most fragrant Sage for our trademark Londoner Sausage or the hottest chilli for our lamb madras. We import wood from all over the world to enhance the different flavours of the natural wood smoke that cure our award winning products with. We are committed to animal welfare and the reduction of 'meat miles' - the distance our animals travel to ensure the animals are stress free, locally reared, and Red Tractor certified. We have full traceability from Farm to Fork and can guarantee that only the finest ingredients are used in our hand made finest quality traditional sausages.
