My name is Zach Faerber, I have been in the health and fitness world for 10 years now. I fell in love with the ability to change my body and mindset. I used to train in person but have found I can help more people through an online format. Fitness has gotten me through the death of both of my parents and continues to push me to be better every single day. I currently work full time in the medical field, helping orthopedic surgeons treat patients in creative ways. I began coaching on the side years ago but only recently found online coaching.
