Nisus Fitness was founded by Joe O Connor in 2009 as a trading name for a personal training and sports performance consultancy which began in 2005. In January 2015 Nisus Fitness Training Club opened its doors and the team also developed an Online Personal Training service and online corporate fitness solution in the Small Wins Campaign based in the clubs offices in Tralee, Co Kerry. Today Nisus Fitness primarily operates as the Training Club while Nisus Online Personal Training and the Small Wins Campaign have merged to form COACHPACT.COM.
