Our approach has been to leverage our business acumen and look to a discovery process to understand the overall vision of an enterprise; and then apply that knowledge to developing the core communication infrastructure, shifting gears to exploit our skills as SMEs in the transport and telecommunication space. Core disciplines include : - Telecom Expense Forensics A forensic analysis tells the story as to where the company has been, and provides a guideline to align the transport infrastructure with the directions and initiatives of the business. This engagement includes all data/voice services and mobility and establishes a comprehensive stake in the ground from which to build on. - Data/Voice infrastructure Evaluation and determination may include Data Center provisioning and the best transport mechanism for the enterprise - MPLS with cloud features for security management, SD-WAN, critical path redundancies within the infrastructure, SIP provisioning, etc. Related applications with direct correlations are within our purview of expertise – Telecommunication platforms including Call Center, Security Camera enterprise deployments, cabling infrastructure – effectively the brick and mortar components are considered and addressed in a full infrastructure strategy. - Mobility Evaluating and restructuring mobility plans, establishing standard policies and procedures, addressing IoT impact and consideration, MDM and user behavior are within the scope of our team. We are also retained as a full support team, managing the tedium of day to day operations as well as large scale conversions, ensuring they are dealt with systematically and are a success to both the senior teams and user community. - Managed Services All day to day operations are supported within the Blaze core disciplines.
