Metalwerks, Inc. has over twenty years of melting and processing of vacuum melted specialty metals. We operate five vacuum melting furnaces and bar processing equipment at our facilities in Aliquippa, PA. We serve customers in the medical, industrial, and aerospace industries as well as research and development projects. Our facilities are accredited to AS9100D, ISO9001 and ISO13485 quality accreditation’s. Typically alloy systems include Fe, Ni, Co, Cu, Ti, and Zr in quantities ranging from 300 grams up to 6000 pounds. Through our extensive network of outside processors we convert our ingot into bar, plate, coil and/or sheet.
