Trybe Ecotherapy is the first organization in upstate New York to provide nature-based therapy to promote health, healing, and recovery. Using evidence-based trauma-informed models, Trybe pairs therapists and wilderness experts with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, or trauma in small group outdoor settings to promote healing. Alone, or in combination with other health services, Trybe programming supports restoration through personal mindfulness, peer support and connection with the natural environment.
