The Texas Global Business Network (TGBN) is a networking group of seasoned professionals who have experience in three areas: assisting international businesses in establishing offices in the US (particularly Texas), assisting such business in acquiring businesses in the US (thereby establishing an existing customer base), and assisting such businesses in operating in the US once established. Conversely, we will assist a US based company in expanding abroad. Every member of TGBN is a respected member of the Houston business community, and each has years of experience assisting international businesses in their respective field, such as legal, international tax, immigration, insurance, employee benefits (medical coverage), banking, real estate, and payroll and human resources. TGBN uses a round table approach where our client meets with all advisors at one time to lay out their business plan. Each of the advisors are then able to bring their expertise to bear and present a cohesive model that accomplishes the full scope to our client’s success. The collaborative effort between members is ongoing; in short, people like working with us because we like working with each other. Members of our group have traveled to Asia and Europe on business for our clients and have presented in Scotland, Wales, and France.
