The company is in possession of a UK Gambling Commission Operating Licence and is fully authorized to supply, install, adapt, maintain or repair gaming machines, or machine components. Our primary focus has always been on growing our professional service business to meet the needs of the machine operator, and this has been made possible by the excellent commercial relationships that we proudly enjoy with component & machine manufacturers worldwide. As new products are developed, we aim to include and support them – investing in training, spares and service units as necessary, to meet the challenge. E-Service runs its business on a SAP Business One platform, utilizing a dedicated Service Module to record all service calls and activities. SAP also allows for detailed and advanced reporting to be delivered efficiently to all the partner companies we are supporting across Europe. Guided by Mike Clokie and his team, E-Service Europe Ltd has grown to become the gaming industry’s largest independent after-sales & service provider, supplying UK & Eire, with a free nationwide van delivery/collection service and a growing network of satellite E-Service centres across Europe. The company repairs tens of thousands of client items every year. But above all, the entire company philosophy is simple.
