3Bridges Community is a leading independent community organisation with more than 40 years’ combined experience in providing services to local people while building community capacity and resilience. In response to needs identified by the community, 3Bridges’ services include: • An Early Years Support Service for mothers experiencing significant stress and hardship following the birth of a child; • Pre and after-school care, and vacation care for children; • Social, health and wellbeing programs for youth; • Parenting programs; • Help at home, including home modifications for the frail aged; • Counselling, support and social/wellbeing sessions for carers at risk of isolation; • Ability-focused programs for people with a disability • Day activities for people living with dementia; and • Programs for older people and those of non-English speaking backgrounds Our Vision: People living in connected and enriched communities.
