Pro Sports Assembly is the association for professional sports business leaders. Members of PRO believe in the power of uniting as a force for good around leadership development, community building, and collective impact to create a stronger, healthier, and more fair future in professional sports. From finance to innovation, operations and sales to social responsibility, marketing, human resources and analytics, PRO aims to ensure there is a diverse and talented pipeline to lead our industry into the future. Developing cultural and gender intelligence enables our industry to drive innovation, bolster financial performance, capture new markets, and increase customer loyalty.  In 2021, women made up 21.5% of VP level roles in professional sports organizations (less than 25% in 2020), yet enter the workforce 50/50. And, inside of professional sports organizations, minorities make up less than 17.5% of VP level roles (20% in 2020). Pro Sports Assembly is on a mission to understand the obstacles limiting leadership opportunities for the underrepresented, work to remove them, and raise the bar for leadership across pro sports.
