He has served as the President of the associations for NE Florida Realtors, Florida Realtors, and the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Wendell has remained up to date with continuing education, earning the professional designations of Graduate of Real Estate Institute, Certification of Residential Broker, Certification of Residential Property Manager, and Certification of Master Property Manager. Kristen Morgan is one of those rare people- a Jacksonville native! Born in Jax and raised in Clay County, she can remember when no one knew where Fleming Island was. This area was her first choice to move back to when deciding where to start a family. After being a private landlord and house flipper for several years, she began working at PMI Davis Realty in 2020 and became licensed in 2021.
