Hello and welcome to Beam! Beam is an online platform for people with specific health conditions. We offer live and on-demand exercise, education and wellbeing sessions as well as community and motivational support. Beam has been developed in collaboration with its members and with charities, clinicians and academics around the world. Health needs we currently support are cystic fibrosis, prostate cancer, paediatric asthma, chronic kidney disease, postnatal and menopause. Our aim to improve people's physical and emotional health by improving access to specialist care and community support.
