The Youth Development Resource Center (YDRC) supports youth development providers across the Detroit area to strengthen their individual and collective impact on youth. Our tools for improving youth program quality are: - collecting and using shared data on quality and youth's social-emotional development - providing engaging professional development workshops to youth workers and managers - coaching youth program professionals to continuously improve their practice - by providing opportunities for networking, connection, and resource sharing among Detroit's youth development community
