Train your body, inspire your mind, feel the moment, live healthy! Traditional Taekwon-Do is a martial art that originated in Korea and found its way to Germany in 1965 through Master Kwon, Jae-Hwa. The goal of a martial art in the traditional sense is the continuous development of your own personality and the positive promotion of health. We want to train strong and confident people and accompany them on their individual life path. Martial arts deliberately refrain from sporting competition and therefore largely avoid physical contact. These and other elements limit the variety of movements and ultimately hinder your own mental-psychological and social development. The methods of martial arts differ greatly from other sports or support programs, as we follow a holistically health approach. This means we promote and challenge the elements of body, psyche and social life in equal measure. Our students are repeatedly brought to their apparent limits and will be guided to rach new levels of knowledge.
