We use technology to create evidence- and analysis-based advice that relies on the application of customizable solutions to compile, organize, manage and analyze all of the financial pieces that make up each HFA’s unique portfolio. cfX helps HFAs to undertake long-term financial projections across a wide spectrum of future scenarios and implement strategies that optimize outcomes within their own goals, policies, capacity and risk tolerance. Our scope includes municipal private activity bond issuance, ongoing operating transactions, program advice and tax compliance for our clients. Our firm has roughly two dozen employees and is located in New York City. cfX and its predecessor firms have been advising HFAs for more than 30 years. We are a registered Municipal Advisor with the SEC and MSRB. We currently provide services to 17 state and city housing finance agencies across the country, including many of the largest and most complex HFAs, and are a member of NCSHA.
