The "Russell Group" consists of a manufacturer/designer of NDT instruments (Russell NDE Systems Inc.) which also provides in-line inspection services to the oil and gas industry in Canada, and three service companies: PICA (providing in-line inspection services in Canada and internationally); PICA USA (providing in-line inspection services in the USA) and Russell Technologies India (certain NDT services and NDT equipment in India and the Middle East).
