Conflicts and intense relationships inside a team or a startup. A crisis between longtime business partners, or family members. Sometime you just need that third person in the room, to bring down the flames, enable all of those involved to have a conversation, recover and move on. I have decided to use my ability, or gift, of coming into a room where there’s war - and make peace: In this new challenge, I am utilizing my 20 years of experience as a lawyer, a business developer, startup mentor, a manager and an expat - to walk my clients through their challenges to a resolution.
