It produces oily concentrates; super-lubricity additives (lubricity components) for the lubricants & fuels industry. Voltrion® oil super-lubricity components are multi-functional fatty oil derivatives synthesized by our next-generation electric polymerization process. The nature of the products (ionized vegetable oils) obtained is very different from that of thermally or catalytically polymerized oils, combining high polarity and super-lubricity with extreme dispersion, low volatility and a resistance to oxidation much higher than straight vegetable oils. Value-adding ingredients. The ionization fatty oil derivatives enables us to obtain a wide range of natural ingredients in different viscosity, oxidation resistances, lubricity, stability, and emulsifiability. The applications range from automotive, metalworking and industrial lubricants & greases mainly, to cosmetics & personal care, ink, paint, and rubber products, amongst others.
