Among our recent successes is our continuing assistance to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – where our role as Subject Matter Experts in public policy for PPPs has led to important commissions including drafting PPP guidelines for the healthcare sector and designing the innovative Musharakah Access to Finance Programme for SMEs; in Peru we have been involved with the structuring of the first ground- breaking hospital PPP projects; and on behalf of the UK government we have undertaken PPP Readiness Assessments in over 12 African countries, supporting policy, capacity building and prioritising the development of bankable projects.
