The Property Letting Centre consists of a conscientious team who will look after the let and management of properties, on behalf of landlord clients. It was set up over sixteen years ago so the team have a vast amount of experience in dealing with the day to day management of all types of issues in relation to the letting and management of properties. There is a Development Programme in place which means staff have the opportunity to obtain a qualification in the industry. Currently (as at 01/05/19) four staff are qualified, one is in training, and it is hoped that more staff will have the opportunity to be qualified in 2020. Further development is required and made available to staff once qualified which means landlords are in safe hands. The Property Letting Centre focuses on the let, management and upkeep and refurbishment of properties. There is no involvement in sales, factoring or anything else which may prove a distraction. With an excellent In House Maintenance Team, extremely competitive rates may be offered when it comes to maintenance and any refurbishment projects. When contractors are used, except for the occasional certificate where additional administration is involved, rest assured there is no commission charged. This means clients obtain access to excellent trade rates. A client requiring a gas boiler installation for example only pays the amount due to the contractor, The Property Letting Centre does not benefit financially, keeping costs down for landlords.
