TBARTA's Vision is to create a world class transit system that connects and moves the Tampa Bay region. We serve the Tampa Bay Area, including Hernando, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, and Pinellas Counties, with the goal of developing, implementing, and operating a sustainable and efficient regional transit system. TBARTA also has regional responsibility for supporting alternative commuter services (like walking, biking, carpool, vanpool, telework, and transit).
