The Personnel Department administers and supervises personnel policies, collective bargaining agreements, health, dental, and life insurance policies, benefits, recruitment, and Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action programs. It is mission of the Monroe County Personnel Department to recruit and retain high quality employees to offer high quality service to the citizens of Monroe County.
