Hayden, former director of both CIA and NSA, and retired four-star general officer, the center is ideally situation at the Arlington campus of the Schar School of Policy and Government, just outside Washington, DC, where it can take advantage of its proximity to government officials, thought leaders, and the award-winning faculty of the Schar School.
