Larger teams collaborate to scale up their efficiency to handle large applicant volumes. Our clients hose 1,700 new applicants per month, who upload 24k supporting documents. The Additional Dwelling Unit Calculator is an online financial estimator for California homeowners interested in converting part of their property into a rental unit. It is currently deployed for 14 counties in California thanks to support and funding from Chan Zuckerberg Foundation, San Mateo, Sonoma and Santa Clara counties.
