The Janoura Group has owned, developed, and managed commercial property in Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade Counties since 1980. We began with a few retail, office/flex, and warehouse properties. In 1998, the principals formed Janoura Realty & Management, Inc. to handle the day-to-day operation and leasing of the properties. Since that time we have shifted our focus to acquiring and redeveloping unanchored retail shopping centers and currently own and operate twelve properties throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties.
