Brickell Ventures was established in 2017 by Seth Denison and several partners. The partners are seasoned professionals with diverse and extensive knowledge of the real estate sector, with a particular expertise in the macro and micro drivers that influence South Florida real estate. Prior to forming Brickell Ventures, the founding partners had completed hundreds of real estate transactions, involving many billions of dollars of debt and equity financing, loan restructuring, development, management, and operations across the United States.
