krisenchat is a nationwide, free psychosocial counseling service for children and young adults in need. We offer children and young people professional help - every day, 24 hours via Whatsapp or SMS. krisenchat has been available 24/7 since May 2020. Since then, 300+ crisis counselors have already been able to help in over 50,000 crisis situations. We are an interdisciplinary, dynamic team and we work flexibly in our beautiful office in Berlin or from home.
