The Martinique Promotion Bureau - CMT Americas is responsible for the design, implementation, and coordination of all aspects of the tourist promotion of Martinique in the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean. An outpost of the Martinique Tourism Authority, which has its headquarters on the island, the Martinique Promotion Bureau enforces the marketing and communication strategy by providing information and contacts, organizing seminars, trade and press events, handling press and public relations, conceptualizing marketing and ad campaigns and proactively canvassing new trade partners in order to efficiently promote the destination. The Martinique Promotion Bureau - CMT USA jointly with Headquarters, is also responsible for developing air transportation and cruise traffic from the Americas to Martinique and for identifying and targeting priority niches for tourism development to the island.
