Connect Community Trust is a community-led development trust (est 2003) based in the east end of Glasgow managing 3 community facilities and a 10 plot allotment site within the Wellhouse, Kildermorie and Provanhall areas of Easterhouse. Our aim is to improve the social, economic, wellbeing and educational prospects of the local people we serve. Connect CT is powered by local people, our main focus is making sure the services developed and delivered are shaped by the community. 95% of our staff team, all board members and volunteers live locally. With an open door policy, our services and activities are available and accessible to all sections of the community and include: Employability & Training - Volunteering & Work Placements - Income & Energy Advice - Youth Work - Family Support - Allotments - Digital Skills & Inclusion - Health & Wellbeing - Community Café - Furniture Reuse & Recycling - Social Events & Fun days - Schools Programmes - Community Classes, Clubs & Activities.
