Hózró is born from a desire to share what we have learned on our own journey. Its primary function is to offer the ‘Guided Journey of Self-Transformation’. This mostly experiential course combines the benefits of individual work with that of group dynamism. It draws on ancient, yet timeless wisdoms (Earth Wisdom from the Native American People or Buddhism) as well as ‘contemporary’ techniques such as Counselling or Life-Coaching. Alongside this, we offer individual and couple sessions, with the aim to help you learn to take the leadership of your own life, in a way that fosters balance, peace and harmony within you and around you. We are currently based in Surrey (England) and are planning to also offer our services in the Dordogne (France) in the near future.
