GUSS Automation developed the world's first and only autonomous orchard sprayer as a solution for the shortage of labor in ag. GUSS stands for Global Unmanned Spray System and is used to apply fertilizers, fungicides, and pesticides to almond, pistachio, citrus, and fruit trees. The basic concept is that one operator can monitor up to eight GUSS sprayers at a time from the comfort and safety of a pickup.
