Mark Lorance is the owner of Nitro Home Inspections, located in the Murfreesboro area.  Mark has been a licensed inspector in the state of Tennessee since 2015, License #1273, and is a member of ASHI and the Middle Tennessee Assoc. of Realtors, as well as the Home Inspectors of Tennessee Assoc.  He has completed over 200 home inspections and has over 30 years of building experience.
