The SEP philosophy is to build relationships with Registered Providers and Developers who can rely on SEP to professionally manage the full design, planning, construction and handover process of affordable residential developments to deliver this, SEP have a dedicated in house team of construction professionals. We assess potential sites, produce land and build packages, manage planning applications and provide detailed design information, on projects across the northwest and beyond. Our experience includes everything from standard traditional housing to high rise apartment schemes and Extra Care communities. We critically assess land opportunities, reviewing planning and technical risks, costing accordingly, to ensure that the project will be successfully delivered on time and budget for our partners. Our process is open, honest, and collaborative, which gives confidence to our RP partners and Developers.
