The Olifant, a metaphor from John Godfrey Saxe's The Blind Men and the Elephant. Many talents are necessary for a successful project delivery, like cross-functional expertise skills, good leadership and hard work. In addition, we do not believe in having an elephant in the room. Instead, we think that there is nothing as cruical to a software project as having good communication between people involved. We facilitate visualisation and learning so that we can continuously adapt to a changing environment.
