About the motivate2engage Consultants Jacqueline Mitchell Jacqueline is a former Director of HR&OD, having built up a wealth of operational and strategic organisational change experience, working in all key sectors, and having led £multi-million people centered change projects. In recent years she has developed her interest in supporting organisations to better understand and respond to employee feedback, focusing on developing enhanced levels of engagement to increase organisational success. Emma Pitt Emma is a former Head of Education and Development with a wealth of experience in designing programmes and interventions for building organisational capacity through developing employee knowledge and skills; particularly within the context of leadership development. She is an experienced coach to executive level, a career counsellor and a qualified teacher in adult learning. Both Emma and Jacqueline are licensed practitioners in Motivational Maps®
