In May of 2014, with Whitecap Venture Partners as the lead investors, they concluded a very successful exit from Protenergy Natural Foods, acquired by Treehouse Foods. That team decided to come back together to become Reunion Foods, with the goal of replicating their success in the natural, healthy food market.
