Carbon Mentoring's mission is to improve the retention statistics for female teens participating in sport. Aspiring athletes will be partnered with an elite female athlete mentor of the same sporting discipline. Through a structured mentoring programme we can retain our talent in sport and support the pipeline of females making the journey to elite or professional level, sports administration, board management and beyond.
