Ranger Aerospace is a private equity management holding company that teams with larger institutional investors to acquire, grow, and improve companies in aviation services, aerospace sub-specialties, airfield operations, logistics, and govt outsourcing. Since its founding in 1997 in Greenville SC, Ranger Aerospace has managed and led over $490 Million of buy/sell events via classic leveraged buyouts and internal growth investments. In 2012 we sold our Govt Services platform to a $1B strategic buyer; that highly successful venture entailed 3 acquisitions, 1 internal start-up, and an overseas joint venture. It yielded 60% "IRR" and 5X Equity in the worst Recession in 50 years. In early 2016 we acquired a global company which manufactures, sells, leases,repairs, and logistically manages ULD's for the Air Cargo industry (pallets, nets, straps, containers, Bluetooth, and other cargo control products), with op's at over half of the world's Top 100 air cargo hubs.
