When someone joins the Nickel family, we help build their confidence, strengthen their relationships, resilience and mindset. Through our carefully chosen enterprises we offer our trainees a variety of different sessions and experiences, aimed at developing their skills and improving their physical and mental health. We care about giving our trainees the tools they need to find their own version of success. Every trainee is different, but there’s a role for every trainee, and we’ll help them find it.
