Your People Associates is a different kind of HR and Talent Consultancy, offering innovative and cost-effective people solutions led from the heart as we believe no business functions without the right people at its core. Who we are? Your People Associates was founded in early 2020 on the back of the COVID 19 Pandemic – an unprecedented global event that impacted almost everyone on the planet. This unforeseen opportunity allowed us to pause and reflect like many. On a Zoom call, we resurrected a coffee shop conversation from a few months previous, when we discussed the idea of a more purposeful values-driven HR and talent consultancy business. The idea was to support SME’s and Start-Ups with both agile and supportive people-centric services, as these businesses are often unable to sustain their own full HR team or permanent in-house recruitment function. We looked around and suddenly everyone was asking for advice and information on how to support their people through this crisis and sustain their businesses. While the timing somehow felt a little daunting, we decided that now was perfect to shine and actually provide invaluable advice and resources to people that really needed it. All around us we saw an awakening – appreciation for the courage of the keyworkers operating at the front line of the pandemic, caring for the sick, and keeping the country moving. Empathy for those suffering and losing loved ones and gratitude that in spite of the short-term hardship, people had their health. The need for an HR and talent partner that would endeavor to put the wellbeing of the individual at the heart of their offering, whilst supporting the management, was clear, and after several busy weeks of planning Your People Associates Ltd was launched in April 2020.
