OPUS is concerned with understanding society and organisations within society. We make sense of human behaviour by looking beyond the obvious to the underlying group dynamics, using the theory and practice of systems thinking, psychoanalysis & group relations. We are a UK charity with an international membership. We organise regular events in London, with guest speakers talking on topical issues, an annual conference and quarterly Listening Posts™. We also offer training courses, publish a bi-annual journal and provide consultancy on issues such as organisational culture, leadership development, conflict resolution and group dynamics.
