At the Advance Directive Registry we offer healthcare providers nation-wide access to patient's advance directives. Unlike internal data bases created by health care providers, ADR is cost effective and offers providers access to advance directives accumulated by all ADR subscribers. ADR represents a new approach to collect and store advance directives by using private clouds that facilitate the power of information sharing within the healthcare industry. ADR offers patients qualifying documents that fulfill the requirements of each state including advance directives, living wills and power of attorney.
